Our Warranty
No one can guarantee success in restoring or repairing your credit history. But GL Credit Repair provides the following money back warranty for its credit repair services. After 12 months of GL Credit Repair services, at the customer's request, GL Credit Repair will add up each deleted or improved credit listing on the customer's credit report in effect as of the first anniversary of the commencement of GL Credit Repair services and will assign a value of $45 to each such item. If that total value of the deleted/improved items is not greater than the total fees paid by the client for the first year of monthly credit audit services, the difference, if any, will be refunded to the customer.
This does not mean that GL Credit Repair will charge its regular fees plus $50/$80 per deleted item. Rather, the $45 per deleted item is simply used as a value assigned to such items by GL Credit Repair to permit GL Credit Repair and the customer to measure the success of our services.
For example, suppose by the first anniversary of GL Credit Repair services you have forwarded credit reports every ninety days and completed your commitments to the service. You originally had 10 negative listings on each of your credit reports that you wanted removed. Your Experian report deleted 8 listings but 2 still remain, Trans Union deleted all 10, and Equifax deleted 9 and 1 item still remained. That means:

Now, imagine that at the end of twelve months your results were not as good as those above. You have forwarded credit reports every ninety days and completed your commitments to the service. You originally had 10 negative listings on each of your credit reports that you wanted removed. Your Experian report deleted only 4 listings and left 6 remaining, Trans Union none, and Equifax deleted 7 and 3 items still remained. That means:

The second example demonstrates that excellent results for someone who has complied with our requirement to forward credit reports, and is a good example of how the warranty works.
As you can seen GL Credit Repair gets results beyond your warranty amount, you do not owe any more money.
Also please note that if you have very few negative items when you begin the service, so that if all were deleted the value would still not equal the warranty value, then your negative items will be assigned a new value equal to your total monthly fees divided by the total number of negative items.
